1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account for, or using Superstar Racing, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your location. If applicable law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use Superstar Racing only with that permission.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, impersonate, or obtain accounts through unauthorized means where doing so would compromise service integrity or another user's rights.
We may require account verification, credential resets, or other security actions when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users.
4. License to Use Superstar Racing
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the official Superstar Racing client and launcher for their intended purpose. This does not transfer ownership of the game, software, artwork, code, trademarks, or other project materials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate results, exploit bugs, or gain an unfair advantage;
- interfere with servers, networking, authentication, matchmaking, accounts, or other infrastructure;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, databases, administrative tools, or restricted features;
- distribute malware, malicious modifications, credential stealers, or deceptive downloads;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or deliberately disrupt other users;
- use the service for unlawful activity;
- circumvent bans, suspensions, rate limits, or security measures; or
- misrepresent an unofficial build, server, website, launcher, or account as an official Superstar Racing service.
6. Mods, Reverse Engineering, and Interoperability
Do not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass protections, or create derivative services from Superstar Racing except where you have explicit permission or where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so. Community tools, mods, or integrations may be allowed only when specifically approved and may be subject to additional rules.
7. Virtual Items, Progression, and Game Data
Cars, items, credits, points, rankings, progression, and other virtual content are service features and do not represent ownership of real-world property or cash value unless the service explicitly states otherwise. We may rebalance, correct, restore, remove, or modify virtual content when reasonably necessary for game operation, bug fixes, anti-cheat enforcement, or service integrity.
8. Purchases and Payments
If paid features are introduced, pricing, payment terms, eligibility, refund rules, and any additional purchase conditions will be disclosed before purchase. Do not make a payment unless the checkout page clearly identifies the product and terms.
9. User Content and Community Contributions
If you submit screenshots, messages, bug reports, feedback, designs, or other content through official community channels, you retain whatever rights you already hold in that material. You grant Superstar Racing a non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote, or improve the project, unless otherwise agreed.
You may only submit content you have the right to provide.
10. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination
We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, reset, or terminate accounts or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to cheating or abuse, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
11. Service Availability and Changes
Superstar Racing is an actively maintained online service. Features, servers, launcher behavior, content, progression, availability, and system requirements may change. Maintenance, outages, updates, bugs, or technical failures may temporarily prevent access. We do not promise uninterrupted or permanent availability.
12. Official Downloads and Security
Only obtain the launcher from the official Superstar Racing website or another location expressly identified by the project. Public releases may include a SHA-256 checksum or digital signature so users can verify authenticity. You are responsible for avoiding unofficial or modified executables that falsely claim to be official.
13. Intellectual Property
Superstar Racing names, logos, software, artwork, game assets, website materials, and other protected content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant permission to use trademarks, copyrighted content, or proprietary material outside the service except as expressly allowed.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with every device, preservation of every item of game data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Superstar Racing and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit without the necessary rights.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may also be announced through the website, launcher, game, or official community channels.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the laws of your place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be waived.
